We are going to have so much fun with this! We are getting dressed up in Cowgirl outfits and arriving to class with our hair and make-up done. I will also bring my cowgirl hats and any other props I think would be useful (maybe handcuffs? no? too much? lol).

Wait, did you say “Dance Challenge”? Yes! Burlesque Chair Dance TM is having a competition for the best video. I will teach you the routine and film you as a class (and individually if you wish). I will post these videos to TikTok and share to the main Burlesque Chair Dance Facebook page, where the entries will be judged. Dancers, once you have learnt the routine, you are allowed to make your own videos in your own time and post to TikTok, just make sure you put in the text “Burlesque Chair Dance” and “International Women’s Day”, use these hashtags “#IWD2024”, “#InspireInclusion” and tag me “@lovecocomonroe” as your instructor. The winner will be announced on Easter Sunday.

After this one-off class, our routines will resume as normal and I will continue to teach I Just Wanna Make Love To You and All That Jazz. Please see below the weekly adjustments to accommodate our dance challenge.
