Networking lunch at Careys Manor

Let’s celebrate International Women’s Day with the aid of the local charity, Força-Strength, against cancer.

Following the success of last year’s event, we would like to welcome you to join us for lunch on Friday 8th March at Careys Manor Hotel & Spa to celebrate International Women’s Day.

This is a not-for-profit event, hosted by Let’s Talk Communications with all proceeds being donated to local charity, força-strength against cancer.

Guests will be welcomed with a sparkling drinks reception, followed by a delicious 2 course lunch and charity raffle boasting some fabulous prizes generously donated by local businesses. During the meal, guests will hear from an inspirational guest speaker, whilst having the opportunity to catch up with friends, network and make new acquaintances.

The menu options are as follows:

Main

Jerusalem artichoke risotto, pickled shallots, Hazelnut pesto

Roast pork belly, celeriac and apple terrine, tenderstem broccoli, cider sauce

Roast hake, seaweed butter roasted potato fondant, bouillabaisse sauce

Dessert

Passionfruit cheesecake, orange and mint salad

Pear and sultana crumble tart, honey Chantilly cream

Lemon posset, raspberry compote
